 The Happening
Shyamalan's latest movie The Happening is currently shooting in Philadelphia with Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel and John Leguizamo.
The plot revolves around some sort of suicide phenomenon. I've enjoyed the Shyamalama-ding-dong movies so far- I'm interested to see what his next film will be like.

i wasn't a big fan of The Village or Lady In the Water, but his other movies were ace.
This one has a good cast though, and I like Zooey.....mass suicides?.....we'll see.

That just means you have to read mikull.com more often, before they are gone! Seriously though, I always try to find the best (stable) link I can find... this one was tough, I guess because it's so fresh. BUT hey- if you can help me out and find updated videos of what I posted, just post them up!

Only one I've really enjoyed was Signs. I haven't even given Lady In the Water a chance because the Village was so horrible. I hope he turns it around with this one.

Sixth Sense was decent - I don't know if it's a classic, but I liked it. Unbreakable I didn't like on first viewing in the theater, but I did enjoy it the second time on DVD ($4.99 special!). Signs was great; kinda scary and touching probably my favorite.
The Village was suspenseful, but the twist didn't really do it for me. I really enjoyed Lady in the Water; I think that's an acquired taste though... All in all, I've been pretty down with everything he's done, so I'm willing to give this a chance.
His signature is the twists- so I'm curious.

His movie started at the top for me, Sixth sense was great and slowly went downhill for me. Unbreakable was a solid movie but I thought Signs was bad, The Village even worse. I have yet to see lady in the water though, I have it on the queue.
This one looks decent but you never know until you watch with a film like this.

See, I gotta tell you: it was a late, hot summer night - I kicked up the air, got a nice beverage, and sat down with my wife to rock this one. She passed out within 20 minutes, but I really enjoyed watching it. I see what he was feeling with this one, and really dug it.

There's an "early screening scooper" over at Collider who's written in with a very, very negative review of The Happening. This person goes after the acting most of all, as well as the awkward pacing -- going so far as to say "it's bad on an epic scale."
The Happening lands in theaters on Friday, June 13th. JoBlo has revealed a new Red Band trailer for The Happening. Check it out over here: http://www.joblo.com/index.php?id=21108
